- Engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to keep our strategies up-to-date and effective.
- Analyze and report on social media performance metrics to optimize engagement and reach.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall branding and marketing goals.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns and track ROI.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations within social media platforms.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging social media tools.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management, preferably in a corporate environment.
